RCYC Open news- June 9, 2010

1/ The RCYC has been very fortunate to pick up a few last minute sponsors for the 2010 RCYC open regatta

1/ Belstaff is one of the premier Outerwear suppliers in the World. They will have samples of their new sailing gear that was used in the 2010 Audi med Cup. This will be the first time this premier line of sailing wear will be showcased in North America!!

2/ Krombacher Beer is the Number one beer in Germany and has sponsored the Open regatta. This sponsorship has given us the ability to sell $4.00 beers until 8 pm

3/ We now have some great skippers bags for all registered boats. You can pick them up at the skippers reception on Friday Night starting at 5 pm or Saturday morning at registration

4/ There will be last minute registrations set up on the Island on Saturday morning and Friday night before the skippers reception.

Asides from that it should be a great weekend and see you on the water!

The final plans for the RCYC Open are finished and we are looking forward to seeing you and your team. Registrations can be made online at www.lorc.org

We also have a great social calendar and are proud to have Kroenbacher beer as a sponsor. This premium German beer will be waiting for you onshore after racing!!!! Combine the beer, with the bands, and some great dancing, and we have the right mix for a great party.

We are also excited that we will have a photographer set up after racing to take pictures of your team. This wil lserve as a great momento of the 2010 RCYC Open.
